Privacy Policy

What we store

• Profile: name, country, target degree, field, GPA, English score, target countries. Stored only in your browser's localStorage under the key eduradar.profile.v1. Never transmitted to our servers.
• Language preference: stored under eduradar.lang in localStorage.
• API requests: when you click "Rank with AI" or "Analyze SOP," the content you submit is sent to Anthropic Claude for processing. We do not retain it.

What we do not store

• No tracking pixels, no third-party analytics on AI routes.
• No account, no email, no password — there is no signup in this version.
• No selling of data. There is no data to sell.

Third parties

• Anthropic processes your matching requests and SOP submissions. Subject to their privacy policy at anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
• Semantic Scholar (free academic API) is queried for supervisor searches. We pass your search query string only.
• Hipolabs Universities API is queried for university lookups by country.

Your rights

Clear your data at any time via Profile → "Clear profile" (or your browser's site-data settings). Email support@eduradar.app for any GDPR / data-protection question.
